Account and data deletion

Users may request deletion of account data associated with Rhodes Technologies LLC products by emailing support.

How to request deletion

Email support@libertas-primordium.com from the same email address associated with the account to be deleted. This is required to verify that you control the account email.

If you cannot send from that email address, explain the situation in your request. Deletion may require additional verification before it can be completed.

Body:

• App or service name.
• Account email address.
• A clear statement requesting account and data deletion.

Processing

We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.
